AFTER YOU LEFT –– a short film directed and edited by Jef Taylor –– will be screening in NYC as part of the FilmGym Screening Series on Friday, February 24th. This will likely be the last public screening of the film after a very successful 2011 festival run; which included Sundance, Sao Paulo, Nashville, and IFF Boston. Admission is only $5.

Congratulations to BFC members Keith Miller (Director, Writer, Editor), Begonia Colomar (DP), Lily Henderson (DP), Alex Mallis (Cinematographer, Associate Producer), Eric Phillips-Horst (DP), and the rest of the WELCOME TO PINE HILL crew for their Grand Jury prize win at the Slamdance Film Festival. The feature film about a recently reformed drug dealer looking to make peace with his past, was made in close collaboration with the Brooklyn Filmmakers Collective and we are super proud of this honor.
